All of my cakes are handmade in my kitchen, using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Where possible, all of my ingredients
are organic and the eggs I use are free range, ensuring your cake tastes as good as it looks.
I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild, am fully insured and have recently been awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 by the Food Standards Agency.
